They look lovely, and I don't care if you don't add nuts. I made mine with walnuts this year instead of pecans. That looks like a lot of batches, and I'm all for "quality control," too:)

what are pomanders? They look good, if they have sugar in them then I'm sure I would like them...hee hee...
